My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of many attractions, but I was a bit disappointed by the dining options. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the service was welcoming and pet-friendly.

I had a cozy stay at the hotel, enjoying its old-world vibe in the compact rooms. The service was top-notch, with helpful staff and a delightful breakfast to kickstart the day. However, the window in the room was not properly installed, letting cold air seep in, and the lone space heater was inadequate, missing on the last day.
Rooms
7.0
The rooms carried a nice old-world vibe but were compact. Unfortunately, the window was not properly installed, causing a draft, and the space heater was insufficient, especially when it was missing one day.
Service

The service at the hotel was exceptional. The staff went out of their way to provide dining suggestions and sightseeing recommendations, making my stay truly delightful.

7.2/10
The hotel's location was excellent, allowing us to easily explore the historic district on foot. The rooms were on the smaller side, and the lack of a refrigerator or a tea-making facility was a bit inconvenient. Despite some room issues, the service was commendable, especially from Donna. The dining options were limited but satisfactory, and the hotel's facilities were decent.
Rooms
6.0
The rooms were small and could be challenging for some people to access the shower safely. The lack of a fridge or microwave was a downside.
Service
8.0
The staff, especially Donna, worked hard to maintain good service despite challenges with restoring the property.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the historic district on foot, with plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance.
Dining
6.0
The dining options were minimal, as expected for this type of property, but satisfactory for a quick meal.

The hotel's facilities were basic but sufficient for a comfortable stay.
